We’re looking for a supportive and motivated Leaders’ Assistant to join our Out-of-School Care team!

This work experience opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to gain valuable hands-on experience in a licensed childcare setting. You’ll assist program leaders in delivering fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities for children aged 5–11, while helping to create a safe and welcoming environment.
This position is open to individuals currently receiving income assistance or Persons with Disabilities (PWD) benefits.
As part of the team, you’ll help with everything from activity planning and supervision to communicating with families and supporting daily operations. It’s a great way to build your skills, connect with your community, and explore a future in childcare or youth work.
