Thrift Store Manager
The Manager plans, administers, monitors, and evaluates the day-to-day operations of the BGCA’s thrift store, Burnside Boutique. Working with a team of volunteers the Manager will: ensure compliance with established policies and procedures; process, display, and price donated items to ensure a reasonable financial return on the sale of store items; assist customers in a polite and friendly manner; prepare store displays that are attractive, neat, and orderly; rotate and re-stock store merchandise to ensure quick turnover; ensure the accountability and security of all store items and funds. Responsible for cash, closeout and accounting integrity. Trains and supervises store volunteers.

Family Self Sufficiency Program (FSS) Family Advisor
BGCA’s Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) program supports families on low to medium incomes, many in subsidized housing, as they work toward building a healthy and financially stable future. The Family Advisor supports participants as they overcome barriers, build skills, and increase their access to community resources.

Out-of-School-Care Leader
Reporting directly to the Childcare Manager, Leaders are responsible for the planning and implementation of licensed out-of-school care programs.
