Burnside Out of School Care Manager

As part of the Child Care Services Team, the BOSC Manager oversees all aspects of Out of School Care programming at Burnside OSC including: enrollment, supervision of staff, program planning & delivery, and administration. As this program operates in a busy environment within shared spaces there is a strong focus on building positive, professional relationships with community partners and administration in addition to children and families, the broader BGCA team, and the general public.

BOSC Manager June 2021

Camp Leader

The Camp Leader will work with a team in the delivery of a positive and safe day-camp experience for children aged 5-11. Working directly with Camp Managers, the Camp Leader will directly supervise children during activities while ensuring the safety and inclusion of all participants.

Camp Leader

Tillicum Child Care Manager

As part of BGCA’s Child Care Services Team, and with the support of the Child Care Coordinator, the Tillicum Child Care Manager will oversee all aspects of Out of School Care programming at the Tillicum Child Care Centre, located on site at Tillicum Elementary School.  This is a new child care facility, opening September 2021. As such, the Tillicum Child Care Manager will work closely with the Child Care Coordinator and assist with program start up including: recruitment and hiring; procurement of equipment and supplies; records management; etc.
