About the Facility

Burnside Gorge Community Association is pleased to offer a variety of welcoming and flexible rental spaces for business meetings, workshops, classes, and community or social events.

Our facility features:

  • Fully wheelchair accessible spaces
  • High ceilings and large windows with natural light
  • Views overlooking Cecelia Ravine Park
  • Tables and chairs included at no additional cost
  • On-site rental attendant included during your booking

Our attendants are available throughout your rental to assist with general facility needs such as:

  • Opening and closing the space
  • Assisting with projector or sound system setup
  • Addressing general facility-related concerns during your event

Please contact us at 250-388-5251 or by email rentals@burnsidegorge.ca with your preferred date and time, the type of rental (meeting, class, event), the number of people scheduled to attend, a description of activities, and any other questions.
From there, we will determine which room is suitable for your booking and their availability.
