There will be a developer’s presentation on a proposal for 3106 Washington Avenue. A proposal for 3106 Washington Street consisting of 4 townhouses located behind the existing heritage home that is to remain. See the Land Use update for details.
Arbutus Park
Victoria City Council has approved funding for upgrading parks in Victoria. There were many ideas put forward at the January BGCA community meeting and the BGCA is looking for volunteers to join a committee that will be focused on keeping Arbutus Park in the forefront of the Parks department agenda.
